In my current role, I design and implement metrics that guide key business decisions, lead Pendo implementation efforts, and create scalable dashboards tailored to the needs of product, sales, and customer support teams. My approach to data visualization is rooted in effective communication, ensuring insights are clear, actionable, and impactful.
Before specializing in data and UX, I built a diverse career in research, corporate insurance, film/television, and photography. Across these industries, adaptability, problem-solving, and attention to detail were the constants that fueled my success. Today, I draw on this rich background to bridge business needs with user needs, combining technical knowledge with a deep curiosity for understanding the bigger picture.
